For this reason, maximum care is taken in packaging products, using specific boxes that protect the contents from temperature fluctuations and accidental impacts. Shipments are made almost worldwide.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini S.A.C. guarantees that the products delivered will be identical to those indicated and described on the site. It also guarantees compliance with all regulations regarding product storage until delivery to the place indicated in the order. Images on the site are provided to facilitate product recognition; due to variations in packaging, photos may not exactly reflect the appearance of the delivered product.
As provided by the Consumer Code Legislative Decree 206/2005, customers of Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini S.A.C. benefit from a “satisfied or reimbursed” guarantee, with the possibility of returning purchased products within 10 working days of receipt, except for products which, by their nature, cannot be returned. The right of withdrawal is reserved for natural persons acting for purposes not directly related to their professional activity. Therefore, retailers and companies are excluded from this right.
How to Request a Refund
It is necessary to send a letter or an e-mail to Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini S.A.C. within 10 working days of receiving the goods. The Customer must indicate the product(s) for which they intend to exercise the right of withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, products must be returned in good condition and with original labels intact. Packaging must be careful to safeguard the original containers from damage, writing, or labels.
Products must be returned via express courier at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini S.A.C. will not be responsible for the loss, non-receipt, or damage of the sent material.
The goods will be reimbursed by Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini S.A.C. after verifying the content and condition of the products, within 30 days of receiving the communication from the customer.

AVAILABILITY
Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini S.A.C. undertakes to include only products on the site that are actually available. In the event that products are not currently in stock or the producer cannot guarantee delivery within the established timeframe, Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini S.A.C. will adequately report the unavailability of the product.
Sending an order constitutes acceptance of a potential partial delivery (limited to available products) and a waiver of any claims for compensation or indemnity. Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini S.A.C. undertakes to promptly inform the Customer of any sudden unavailability to agree on how to proceed or modify the order with similar products.

Prices listed on this site are inclusive of VAT. The prices applied are those indicated on the site at the time of the order and are subject to change.
