The Cooperativa Colli Fiorentini was founded on December 21, 1972, in Montespertoli, born from the courage and foresight of 23 founding members.
Since that day, our journey has been a steady growth of successes and challenges met with a single, clear mission: to enhance the grapes and olive oil of our territory…

Colli Fiorentini Winery
This wine line takes its name from the Valle del Virginio in the municipality of Montespertoli, where the Colli Fiorentini Cooperative Winery is located.
This wine line, bearing the name “Rifugio del Vescovo”, aims to transform moments of conviviality and leisure into opportunities for renewal and emotion.
This wine is a tribute that the company’s winemaker wished to dedicate to women—strong and beautiful, as evoked in Riccardo Cocciante’s song “Margherita.”
The designer drew inspiration from the portrait of “La Bella Simonetta” by the famous Italian painter Botticelli.
