Appearance: A deep ruby red color with garnet highlights.
Aroma: Broad and refined on the nose; sensations of red fruits blend seamlessly with notes of vanilla and spices, creating a particularly pleasant aromatic bouquet.
Palate: Smooth, long, and persistent, accompanied by a spicy aftertaste.
Pairings: It pairs excellently with flavorful red meats—such as the classic Bistecca alla Fiorentina—and game.
Alcohol content: 14%
An important wine that takes its name from an ancient mill located along the Virginio stream, which flows near our winery, known as the “Molino Baron del Nero.”
As the flagship of our IGT red wines, it is crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. The two varieties are vinified separately and undergo an additional aging period in wood for at least twelve months. Following this refinement, they are masterfully blended and bottled.
