Our Paccari are produced exclusively from high-quality durum wheat semolina, selected to ensure an authentic flavor and superior texture.
Thanks to bronze-die extrusion and a slow drying process at low temperatures, this pasta features a rough and porous surface, ideal for holding sauces.
Their full-bodied structure offers excellent “al dente” consistency, making them perfect for rich meat-based sauces, such as traditional Tuscan ragù, or seafood pairings.
