April 27: “Gasiamoci” Final Event
We invite you to attend the final event of the Gasiamoci project – Producing wines with reduced environmental impact through the precise use of gases in the winemaking process.
The project is coordinated by Valvirginio – Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini, with scientific support from DAGRI – University of Florence.
During the morning session, the results of the research and technology transfer activities will be presented, featuring technical and scientific lectures focused on gas management during vinification.
