The Bianco Toscano “Valvirginio” is a portrait of the two most representative white grape varieties of Tuscany: Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia Bianca. The grapes are harvested at their optimal ripeness and undergo careful vinification using modern technologies that prevent oxygen contact throughout all stages of the process. This allows us to capture and preserve the original characteristics of both varieties.
