Our Bag-in-Box wine is produced exclusively from Vermentino grapes, harvested entirely by hand at their optimal stage of ripeness. Fermentation at low temperatures preserves the grape’s distinctive varietal aromas while enhancing the wine’s freshness, balance, and character.
On the nose, it reveals pleasant fruity aromas with delicate notes of yellow peach. On the palate, it is fresh and pleasantly dry, featuring pronounced minerality, good structure, and a smooth, harmonious finish that makes it exceptionally enjoyable to drink.
