The “Green Line” wine, produced in accordance with the viticultural and enological regulations for organic wine. It is crafted from Sangiovese grapes grown in the vineyards of our dedicated members.
The harvest is carried out exclusively by hand to preserve the integrity of the berries and the delicate, distinctive traits of the Sangiovese grape. This is followed by a careful vinification process that respects the variety’s natural properties, resulting in a classic, varietal wine.

- Appearance: Ruby red color.
- Aroma: Striking notes ranging from floral to fruity, which are particularly appreciable on the retronasal finish.
Palate: Accompanied by fresh and pleasantly mouth-watering (salivanti) notes that leave the palate refreshed and ready to enjoy fine cuisine.
