Rosato Toscano IGT

The Rosato Toscano “Valvirginio” is produced through the white vinification of our finest Sangiovese grapes, sourced from vineyards located on the highest slopes of our hills. A brief cold maceration for 5–6 hours (depending on the vintage) yields a must with the perfect color intensity but without astringent notes. Subsequent clarification and temperature-controlled fermentation allow us to achieve this elegant wine.

• Appearance: An intense, brilliant pink color.
• Aroma: Fresh on the nose, with distinct hints of red fruits.
• Palate: A vibrant acidity and savoriness emerge, followed by a pleasant and fruity aftertaste.
• Pairings: It pairs well with cold cut appetizers, first courses, light main dishes, and fish in general.
