This Chianti DOCG Biologico “Valvirginio” is made from grapes grown by our organic winegrowers and is a genuine, natural expression of 100% Sangiovese. The grapes are supplied by our member growers, who cultivate their vineyards in accordance with sustainable farming practices. Hand harvesting and traditional winemaking are essential to preserving the unique character and distinctive qualities of this exceptional grape variety.
The wine displays a deep ruby-red colour. It is distinguished by intense and persistent fruity aromas, enhanced by an open-top fermentation process that brings out the finest expression of Sangiovese. On the palate, it is fresh and fruit-driven, with soft, persistent tannins and vibrant notes of red berries.
