From the cold pressing at our olive mill of high-quality Leccino, Frantoio, and Moraiolo olives, this precious extra virgin olive oil is obtained, supplied by our members. It features a fruity aroma, characterized by hints of artichoke and almond, with notes of bitterness and spiciness. Bold yet well balanced in character. Ideal for all traditional Tuscan recipes. The olives are crushed during the months of October and November.
