Gnudo Valvirginio cames from Sangiovese grapes, harvested when fully ripe and vinified respecting the varietal characteristics of the variety to obtain a young, fresh wine.
A lively ruby colour, it has a typical bouquet with a complex floral aroma with hints of violet, iris and violet, enriched by notes of black cherry.
In the mouth, the presence of sweet tannin together with
minerality give length and savouriness.
The ideal food pairings range from first courses to meat sauces and grilled and baked red meats.
