Produced from grapes vinified off-skins, hand-harvested and processed through gentle pressing. The base wine is obtained via primary fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The sparkling wine is then produced following the Italian method in pressure tanks (Charmat method) for approximately 60 days. It is then filtered and cold-bottled.
