Obtained primarily from Trebbiano Toscano grapes, harvested early to preserve their natural acidity and freshness. Following precise vinification and temperature-controlled fermentation, the base wine is sparkling-processed in pressure tanks (Charmat method) shortly after the harvest to safeguard its delicate fermentation aromas.
The lively and persistent mousse enhances the fine, delicate scents of white-fleshed fruit, accompanied by a floral finish of rose. The palate, stimulated by the vibrant bubbles and a touch of sweetness, is perfectly suited for appetizers, vegetable flans, savory pies, and all moments of conviviality.
