It’s easy purchase from the Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini website !
To search for products just scroll our online catalogue or insert a key word in the search. For example , if you insert the word Chianti you will find all the Chianti wines , while if you search the year 2012 you will find all the wines of that year and if you search Chianti 2012 you will find only Chianti 2012 wines but not other wines.
If you click on a wine in the catalogue a page with all the technical information of that specific wine will appear: aging, combinations , etc……
How to use the shopping cart
- When you have found the product that interests you just insert the desired quantity in the space and click on the symbol of the cart to add it to the shopping cart. In any moment you can check the quantity of the purchased products by clicking on the cart symbol “cart” that you will find on every page of the site.
- If you add a product to the cart this doesn’t imply a purchase , you can in fact click on delete to eliminate the product from the cart or you can click on empty cart to eliminate all products with just one click.
- Once you are finished adding the products to the cart and are ready to purchase , click on complete the order and you are ready to register.
- To proceed with online purchase you have to be registered . You can cancel the registration anytime by sending an e-mail to info@collifiorentini.it
How to complete an order
- At this point insert all your data in the form , in the case you insert also the “Vat number” we will issue both a receipt and an invoice. Once you fill in all your personal data you may choose how to pay.
- If your purchase is a gift you can insert a message for the receiver and we will then print the message and attach it to the package. We remind you to insert any detail that is important for the delivery ( delivery time , closing day if it is a store etc…)
Control your order
- Once you check the recap of your order you will see the total cost including shipment costs.
- Once the order procedure is complete and the code of your purchase will appear visible, please save for future reference. You will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating the total cost and purchase code.

The Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini isn’t responsible for late delivery due to strikes etc..
Our couriers deliver during normal working hours ( from Mon – Fri from 9 am to 5pm ). For this reason we suggest to indicate an address where there will surely be someone to collect the package , if it’s a business address keep in mind when they are closed. We also suggest to indicate a telephone number that the courier can contact in case they don’t find the address.
In the case there is no one to collect the package , a note will be left and a second attempt will be made the following day . If the second attempt fails the redelivery will be charged ( euro 15,00)
Furthermore the Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini isn’t responsible if the the address indicated on the order isn’t correct.
Delivery Costs USA
Shipment costs include:
- Insurance up to the value of euro 1000,00
- Delivery at home or work address. In the case the consignee is absent the package will be held in deposit for a few days and after a second attempt of delivery the package will be returned to Italy . In this case or the case of a wrong address the costs for redelivery will be charged to the client and not to the Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini.
- Possibility to track package. If any problem occurs it’s possible to request the tracking number to check transport movements at any time.
- Wines will be packaged in polystyrene boxes or in crates if the quantity exceeds 24 bottles.
- Custom clearance . The wine will be delivered with no extra cost.
VERY IMPORTANT:
- It’s not possible to send wine and olive oil in the same shipment
- It’s not possible to send wine at a P.O. Box address.
- It’s important to clearly write the destination address and to indicate a telephone number where the consignee can always be contacted.
OIL SHIPMENT
The cost for shipments containing oil will be calculated from the site depending on the weight no matter how may bottles or liters are purchased. In the delivery costs the tax for custom clearance isn’t included. This will be calculated in proportion to the value of the package.

Costs include:
- Guaranteed delivery within 10 working days from the time it is picked up by the courier .
- Delivery at home or at a work address . IMPORTANT:

Packaging
All wines are shipped in proper thermal resistant containers and in polystyrene to conserve the bottles and to avoid thermal stress to the wine during transport .
Thanks to the insulating properties of the cases , they can be used to store the wines , protecting it from light and heat like a real cellar.
To increase the protection of the cases in polystyrene , they are placed in alveolate structured cardboard containers. The containers are closed so that there is no risk that they can be opened during transport.
For shipments with more than 18 bottles , the wines are not packaged individually but are instead shipped in proper cardboard containers – 6 – 12 bottles each. The cardboard containers are placed in wooden cases and then wrapped with cellophane to prevent movement during transport, they are also closed properly so there is no risk that they can be opened.
This system is the same system used worldwide for wine transport, it does not only guarantee safe transport , it also allows to ship large quantities of bottles occupying the least of space possible and therefore keeping shipment costs down.
THE WINES THAT HAVE TO BE TRASPORTED VIA PLANE (USA,AUSTRALIA ETC…) ARE PACKAGED IN THE POLYSTYRENE CASES REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF BOTTLES ORDERED. FOR BETTER SAFETY , EACH BOX WILL CONTAIN MAXIMUM 12 BOTTLES .

- Paypal is a micro method for payment , it’s used in commerce and through this system it’s possible to make transactions online ( including Ebay which is the owning company) . Registration is free and you can open a personal account ( with connection to a bank account , credit card or pre – paid card like Postepay) , after which it’s possible to make or receive payments. This method offers the opportunity to act with no need to use your data or your credit card details.

The characteristics of the products including the price are indicated on the online catalogue and are visible in any moment while making the order and before the contract is concluded. All prices include IVA.
Guarantee
- La Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini guarantees that the shipped products are the same as those shown on the site.
- If upon delivery the product is damaged or not true to the order ( different year or different product) the Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini guarantees the replacement within 30 days of the delivery date provided that you communicate the damage or wrong product within 24hrs from delivery.
- In the case the package is damaged or if the number of items in not true to the order we recommend not to accept the package and to write on the transport document “ with reserve”.
Offer Validity
- The sales conditions of each product are visible on the site while you are making the order and before concluding it. The Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini reserves the right to update in any moment and without notice the sales conditions and the prices. All prices are expressed in Euro and include IVA.
Order closure
- The order transmitted will be considered concluded and binding for La Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini when the client receives the confirmation via e-mail. Following the confirmation e-mail the client must verify the copy of the order and communicate any error.
- After each order a regular invoice will be issued ( in the case it’s specifically requested during the purchasing procedure) or receipt , they will be attached to the purchased products.

Delivery
- The products ordered will be delivered to the address indicated at the moment of the purchase. The delivery times will depend on the availability of the product and the courier. In case the product you have chosen isn’t available you will receive notice via e-mail of the delay so that you are able to reconfirm the order or cancel it.
- The Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini isn’t responsabile for delays due to strikes.

Right to withdraw
- According to the law decree of May 22nd 1999 n. 185 and policy 97/7/CE related to consumers protection concerning long distance contracts , the client has the right to withdraw from the purchase with no penalty and without explanation within 10 days from receiving the products .
- The notice of withdrawal must be posted with registered mail ( with notice of reception) to “Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini s.a.c., Via Nuova del Virginio, 34 50025 Montespertoli (Firenze), Italia"; this communication must be anticipated via fax or via e-mail , provided that all is confirmed with the registered mail within the following 48 hours. No explanation is required. If the reason depends on us we would like to know so that we can improve our services. We will refund the money with a bank wire or in another way possible indicated on the withdrawal notice . We will refund you as soon as possible and within 30 days of when we are advised of the request of withdrawal. The products must not be opened , ripped of its packaging in whole or in part and not show any sign of breaking or violation . We will not accept cash payment upon return delivery.
- THE COSTS FOR RETURN SHIPMENT WILL BE CHARGED COMPLETELY TO THE CLIENT . The Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini isn’t responsible of any damage that might occur during return shipment. In the case the company receives damaged or violated products or doesn’t receive them at all , the company will not refund the client. We suggest to use a trusted courier that can guarantee tracking during the return shipment. This legislation regarding the right to withdrawal isn’t applied if the purchaser is a trader or a retailer.
